Financial
Senior Citizen Discounts are available.
Credit Cards : Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Citi Health Card will be accepted.
Dental Insurance : For those patients with dental insurance, the estimated portion of treatment not covered by the insurance is expected at the time of service.
Crowns, Bridgework or Dentures : These procedures require lab work, so an initial deposit is required. Payment for the remaining balance needs to be arranged beforehand.
Citi Health Card : For your convenience, we now offer the Citi Health Card. This is a plan that allows you to pick your monthly payments, with low interest rates for periods up to 48 months. Approval only takes a few minutes. No annual fees or prepayment penalties.

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
